Welcome to LazyPink. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from lazypink.co (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Website

LazyPink grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal use only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site without express written permission from us.

Product Availability & Description

All products are made-to-order via Print-on-Demand services. While we do our best to accurately describe items, colours, and sizing may slightly vary due to screen differences and garment production. LazyPink shall not be liable for Third-party errors (e.g., manufacturing, shipping delays, or damages), Losses arising from misuse of our products or site Inaccurate sizing due to customer selection

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, errors in product descriptions or pricing, or issues with fulfillment availability.

Payments & Pricing

Prices are listed in your local currency or USD. We accept Skrill and major debit/credit cards, and the prices may be subject to tax depending on your region. Payment is securely processed at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

All items are fulfilled through trusted partners and shipped from the nearest fulfilment centre. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase may be fulfilled and shipped directly from our partner’s facilities. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout. Delays may occur and are not within our control.

Returns & Refunds

Because all LazyPink products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled. If you receive a damaged or misprinted product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lazypink.com with photos, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All designs, graphics, product names, branding, logos, taglines, and content displayed on LazyPink are the intellectual property of LazyPink and its collaborators. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.

Submitted Designs, Ideas & Concepts

We love hearing from our community. However, if you choose to share any apparel ideas, sketches, product concepts, slogans, or artwork with LazyPink (whether via email, DMs, or any platform), you acknowledge that:

• LazyPink is under no obligation to review, compensate, credit, or return any such submissions.

• All shared concepts become non-confidential and non-proprietary once submitted.

• LazyPink retains full freedom to use, adapt, or reject such material at its discretion, in any form, without any liability or obligation to the person who submitted them.

In short: if you send us an idea, you’re giving it freely — not entering a contract.

Mood Collectives Contributions

If you participate in a LazyPink Mood Collective through a formal prompt, quiz, campaign, or special call/form, by submitting your creative input (such as a phrase, design idea, aesthetic prompt, moodboard, or written response), you agree to the following:

Use & Inspiration
Your submission may be reviewed and used as inspiration for future LazyPink designs, campaigns, or collections. LazyPink may adapt, reproduce, and commercialize work inspired by your submission without compensation.

No Payment or Royalties
By submitting, you understand that:

1. • You will not receive royalties, financial compensation, or ownership rights.

   • LazyPink has the right to use your submission commercially, worldwide, in perpetuity, and without obligation to notify or compensate you.

Recognition
If your submission inspires a final piece, LazyPink may — at its sole discretion — credit you on a related product page, social media, or website. Recognition is not guaranteed or contractually required.

No Ownership or Confidentiality
All submissions are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Submitting does not create a contract, co-ownership, or creative partnership between you and LazyPink.

Liability for Submitted Content
You confirm that you:

1. • Own or have rights to all content you submit.

   • Are not submitting copyrighted, trademarked, or protected material belonging to others.

   • Accept full responsibility for any legal issues that may arise from your submission.

Not a Contest
This isn’t a contest or call for employment. It’s an open invitation to express yourself and potentially become part of LazyPink’s emotional design journey.

"By submitting, you agree that your input may be used by LazyPink in future products or campaigns, without royalty, credit, or obligation. Please only submit content you own."

Limitation of Liability

LazyPink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use, website performance, or delivery delays. You agree to indemnify and hold LazyPink harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of this website. We may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable local laws in the territory from which LazyPink operates.. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local legal jurisdictions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes.
