LazyPink make everything on demand — just for you. This allows us to reduce waste and make fashion more intentional. We partner with third-party providers to manufacture and fulfil every item.
Product Variations
At LazyPink, every piece is made just for you — which means slight variations are natural and part of the charm of on-demand production.
Please note:
Minor differences in colour, size, or print placement may occur.
The design or colour may appear slightly different in person compared to what you see on screen or in model photos due to differences in lighting, screen settings, and printing technology.
These small discrepancies are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
We do our best to represent each item as accurately as possible, but each piece is unique — just like you.
Shipping Info
Orders are fulfilled by trusted partners.
Items are produced and shipped after you place your order.
Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 7–15 business days.
You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order ships.
Shipping fees and taxes are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order just for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or size swaps. Please double-check:

Wrong or Incomplete Address
If your order can't be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and it’s returned to our fulfillment partner, you'll need to cover the cost of reshipping.
Unclaimed Packages
If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned, reshipping costs will apply. Please monitor your tracking info and local delivery.
Returns Without Contacting Us
Returns made without first emailing us at hello@lazypink.com may not be processed. Please reach out so we can help the right way; otherwise it may be rejected or lost.
Customs & Duties
If your order is international, customs fees may apply. These charges are not covered by LazyPink and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Return Address
Returns are handled by our fulfillment partners and not sent to a LazyPink physical location. We’ll share the correct return address if needed during your support request.
At LazyPink, each piece is created on-demand, just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, style preference, or ordering the wrong size. Please check our size guides carefully before placing your order.
However, your happiness matters to us 💕 — and we stand by the quality of our products.
We will offer a refund or replacement if:
The product arrives damaged or defective.
You receive the wrong item.
The product does not match the description provided.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at hello@lazypink.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are not defective or damaged.
Returns due to sizing issues, style preferences, or change of mind.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
In the event of a replacement, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the new item.
Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll request a replacement from our fulfilment partner at no cost to you.

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
A short description
After reviewing, we’ll confirm whether the item qualifies for a free replacement or refund.
We do not offer replacements for issues arising from user error (e.g., wrong size selection).
Cancellations
Orders can’t be cancelled or modified once they’ve been sent to production — usually within a hours of purchase. Please contact us ASAP if you notice an error—we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once it’s in production.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with your local postal service first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us — we’ll try our best to help, but LazyPink is not liable for lost or stolen shipments once marked as delivered by the carrier.
